Transport Damage

Shipping Costs
Items costing less than 200 EUR incur a shipping charge of 12 EUR. For any order in excess of 200 EUR, Stayhard offers a free shipping service.

The minimum amount for an order is 20 EUR.

Postage & Packaging
We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion and we use a large network of couriers to deliver goods from Stayhard to all over Europe.

In order for you to receive your goods we would like to recommend you to provide us with your mobile phone number. This due to if your countries postal service makes delivery attempts.

If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver should leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

We allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the safest and quickest time depending on the size and weight of your order.

We suggest you have goods delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person!

The following applies to a text-message alerts.
 
•  A text message is sent to you on the same day the package arrives at the destined delivery Point for countries that have this service

•  If the package is not collected within three days, you will receive a reminder via text message to collect it

•  If the package is still not collected after nine days, you will receive a reminder letter via the postal service

• NOTE! You are always required to provide a valid proof of identification when collecting a package
